How do I start my thesis?
Create an account, tell us the topic and the type of work (synopsis, masters dissertation, M.Tech thesis or PhD thesis), and Tesify proposes an outline with the usual chapters. From there you work one section at a time; you do not need everything settled before you begin.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan asks for no card and has no trial countdown. There is a paid plan you will see inside the app, never before you have written anything.
How do APA 7 citations work?
Enter the source details (or paste the link or DOI) and Tesify generates the in-text citation and the reference list entry, with hanging indents and alphabetical order. As you cite inside the editor, the reference list updates itself.
What exactly does the originality check do?
It compares your text against published sources and academic work, and gives you a report showing passages that resemble something already published. It is there so you can catch missing citations or paraphrases that sit too close to the original and fix them yourself before submitting. It does not remove matches, does not guarantee a percentage, and does not replace your department’s official similarity check.
Can I work in short sessions?
Yes. Your document saves as you write and you pick up where you left off, so 20 or 30 minutes between classes, lab work or a job is enough to make progress.
Does it work well on mobile data?
Yes. Tesify runs directly in your phone browser with no app to install, loads only what it needs, and saves automatically, so a patchy connection does not cost you the section you just wrote.
What formats can I export to?
Word (.docx), PDF and LaTeX, with the margins, numbering and title page ready to submit.
Is my thesis private?
Yes. Your document is yours, we do not share it with third parties and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models. You can export or delete it whenever you want.
How do I close my account or delete my data?
Email privacy@tesify.app from your account address and we will process the deletion. Export anything you want to keep first: deletion cannot be undone.
