These terms govern the use of Tesify, an AI academic writing assistant. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

1. The service

Tesify helps you structure, write, cite and review academic work. The tool supports your work: authorship of and responsibility for the final content remain yours.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Tesify in line with your institution’s academic integrity rules and applicable UGC norms. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Content ownership

The content you create belongs to you. We grant you a licence to use the software to produce your work.

5. Payments and cancellation

The free plan requires no card. Paid plans, where applicable, are charged as stated at the time of subscribing. Consumers resident in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies. If you subscribe from India, the rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 continue to apply.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes; the final review of your work is always your responsibility.
